evil twin hop sub question

The Evil Twin recipe calls for amarillo and centennial. Looking at the hop sub chart i see that cascade is a sub for either. I just happen to have a lb of cascade i recently purchased.

So, would you sub cascade for either hop and if so, which one?

I would sub the cascade for the centennial.

I am not a huge centennial fan. I do like amarillo a whole lot though!

that lb of centennial just sits in my freezer....
