I am an extract brewer and would like a recommendation for a extract kit to which I could add cherries or another fruit. I would like an ale to avoid the lagering hassle and I was looking at the Aussie Light Ale http://www.midwestsupplies.com/aussie-light-ale.html from Midwest. The goal is a light and fairly strongly flavored thirst quencher for the summer.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
