Hi all. I have a 40 plate chiller that looks identical to the dudadiesel units. It has 1/2" MPT all the way around. Does it matter which inputs and outputs I use for wort and cold water? Or is the chilling the same no matter which set I use? There is no labels on the unit and the seller did not know. Thanks all.

Both sides are identical, so it doesn't matter. Just make sure you don't cross the streams.
