Just transferred my first Pliny clone to the keg, and of course, had to take a taste. MAN....what a fantastic brew. I hit the OG right on at 1.070, and using Bells yeast I hit 1.011 as my FG. I followed the hop schedule just as it is from the Russian River recipe that was published a few years ago. I added the dextrose 2 days after fermentation started, and let it ride for 3 weeks.
Definitely one of my better brews!:rockin:
