Wife just called to tell me FedEx just delivered my Stout Faucet, Regulator and Nitrogen Tank. Sending her to AirGas to get the 75/25 mix. Hopefully my Milkstout will be ready to Keg in the next few days so I can test out the new toys.
 
I plan to. Everything I read indicated to carb it around 50% of normal, and then put the beer gas on it for a few days prior to pouring.
