First time washing yeast help

So this is after 30 minutes of sitting. I used more water than I probably should have as I only can see 3 layers in each. A layer of beer an milky layer them a layer that looks like a yeast cake.

My question is: is the milky layer all healthy yeast that I should put into separate jars?

Usually you have beer/wort on top layer, then yeast, then trub... That looks pretty good. Are you going to wash it again? Also, I have heard to only harvest yeast from a primary and not a secondary.
Personnaly I have had mixed experiences with harvested yeast... a few failures but more successes. Make sure to make a good starter before you pitch.
