Marris Otter for Arrogant Bastard Clone?

Would Marris Otter be too much for an Arrogant Bastard clone? I have only used MO once (an ESB) and it is still in the fermenter...

Should I stick to US 2-row for a big pale ale like Arrogant Bastard?

I think regular pale malt would be the way to go.

I use MO in mine. My grain bill is all MO with 1.5 pounds of crystal 120L. Since it has four ounces of chinook, I think the MO gives it a good malt backbone.

Thats basically the recipe I was going with. I only have MO right now, was wondering if I should buy a sack of 2row for this... Maybe I will go with the MO. Thanks guys...

It sounds tastier with MO...not sure if it will be more like AB, but go for it.

It does sound tastier, that's for sure. But it won't be a clone if the MO really shines through.
