Just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Dan and I've been lurking here for a short time. What a great place this is! I've been making my own beer at a place called the brew kettle in strongsville ohio, and I think I've found my new passion! So far my experience is limited to simply following the brew kettles instructions, so I'm very eager to learn as much as I can. I just love beer 
. I actually stumbled onto this forum from reading a local newspaper ad about a brew-on-premises facility opening up right down the street from me called Little Mountain Brewing Co. I can't wait till this place opens in May!
