Just wondering how long I can store my rhizomes in the fridge. One of them has a sprout that's 3" long and they seem to be growing. Thanks for any info.

The shorter the better. Two weeks should be ok. Wrap them in a paper towel or something that will hold moisture. Wet them down every so often. Don't let them dry out. Plant then as soon as you think you can.

Wrap them in a damp (not wet) paper towel and store them in a ziplok bag in your fridge. They'll be fine for a while. My original Cascade rhizome arrived in March and I couldn't plant it until the end of April. It grew just fine.

I moved last November and dug up some rhizomes to take with me and plant this April. They have been in the fridge all this time!
