I searched and didn't see an answer..

I was wondering if I could carb a keg, have a few then pull it off the Co2 for a week or two while I carb another..

I am having a fairly large party at the end of the month and would like to have one additional keg carbed and ready to go and chilled.

I have the dual regulator kegconnection setup and just want to plan ahead.

This is my first go at kegging and I would like to impress for this party.

I brought some of my homebrews to the autoshop I use.... they are all now planning on attending.. I need help!

Thanks

Scott

Yes you can. no problem in doing it that way. Just make sure to allow enough time for the other keg to carb properly.

just over thinking like I do but...

should I just let it sit at serving PSI then pull it off the bottle and forget about it in the fridge?

my plan is to let this keg do its thing at the set and forget method, then force carb another keg from some beer that has been doing its thing in the primary for the last 2 week. (it will be 5 till i do this)
