Brewing a Fat Tire clone today- hops question!

I love having a day off during the week- I'm all alone and it's brew time. I'm heating the mash water now.

I'm using some pellet hops out of the freezer- 3/4 ounce of northern brewer. They've been in there a while- maybe 4-6 months. They've been closed and put in a plastic ziploc. How much do they degrade? I'm wondering if I need to add a little more to compensate for any lost AAs. Thanks!

I would venture a guess that you probably shouldn't worry about adjusting because you stored them properly. I could be wrong, but if you don't hear anything else by the time you bitter, just go with it as normal....I think it'll be ok. Now for aroma, I'd say to possibly add a bit more.
