I am really starting to go for this idea. Its job description is to run a RIMS mash tun. Plus I can use it double duty to run a fan for my smoker. Win/Win.
I really wanted to do the whole brewery control panel with a mounted PID but this bad boy sitting on top may have to do.
Anyone see a negative of using the heavy duty Sous vide controller for a RIMS tube control? Temp probe would be right at the outlet of the tube i'm guessing?

It claims to have an "Auto learn" feature to learn a new environment. I wonder if it saves settings so I can switch between jobs without re tuning?
