Do you need the RS485 computer communications link? You looking to control at boiling temp and below, or run an oven/furnace at higher temps?

I'm thinking a small stove top still on a hot plate that will be max 15a /120v. No need for a communication link. I'm thinking something that will control by ramping to temp and holding it there.

You planning to control temp in the boiler, or still head (vapor) temp?
