canadian ale using maple syrup?

does anyone have a recipe for a Canadian ale or possibly a lager using maple syrup as a priming agent or a flavoring? This sounds really good but i cant find a extract recipe.
 
I'm making this one when the sap starts running here in Vermont next march. But, it has a way to use maple syrup instead of sap. You could omit the smoke, though I will not.
