Since one of my brewing goals for this year is better pipeline planning, I tried to put together a saison that I could brew even once it gets hot during the summer. What do you all think of my recipe so far?
Basic Saison - Partial Mash
Batch Size - 5gal
Boil Volume - 2gal
Boil Length - 60min
Est OG 1.048
Est FG 1.010
Est ABV 5%
Est IBU 32.5
3# light DME (add after boil)
1# wheat DME
1# pale 2-row
