Picked yesterday but they dont smell all that "hoppy". they have plenty of resin when rubbed, but not much aroma. I was going to add them to the secondary in an IIPA but am now hesitant.

What type are they? Fresh hops will smell different until you dry them
Cascade is what my understanding is.
confession: wondering if I'd be better off grinding and drying them.
