There are lime green, blue, red, and clear. I know they are see through but im sure if they were out of the light they would be ok to bottle in. You think 4.99 is a bit much?

just answered my own question, looked on midwestsupplies and they are $32 for a case of 32oz amber bottles. NM then :(
 
maybe as a growler-type transport for bringing homebrew on-tap to somewhere, but you can't really be sure if it can handle carbing beer if thats what youre thinking of getting it for...
