Howdy all! Long time beer drinker, and have recently become very interested in brewing my own. After searching at length on the web, I have found that I am at an extreme disadvantage--living on Okinawa, Japan. I hope to learn a bunch on the process and experiences of the fellow members here.

I been trying to find a solid yebisu all malt recipe..also a yona yona ale recipe.. You said you are new to brewing but being in okinawa if you stumble apon anyone who might have a decent clone for the 2..please let me know..matane
