5 gallon batch, West Coast IPA, I'm brewing today. Leaning to a 90 minute boil.

1 oz Centennial
1 oz Warrior
2 oz Falconers
2 oz Citra
1 oz Amarillo
1 oz Simcoe

Have a somewhat set up hop schedule but woke up and wondered, should I mix it all together and attempt a continuous hop for 60/90 minutes?

What are your thoughts?

p.s. Stoked for Brew Day!

Go super crazy, and squeeze off an ounce and a half to 2 ounces of hops from what is already there mix it all up and use that to continuously hop from the 60 on down. All the while keeping the same hop schedule. Accented as normal with a uniformity brought about with the continuos hopping, I do this with an imperial black IPA I make.

I like that idea godstepbrother. established schedule and just continuously hop over it.

Yes using a little bit from all the different hops you havei nthe recipe all mixed together. It is indeed bliss :rockin:, maybe it just the novelty of doing it like that makes you like the beer more. ;)
