So I've been busy lately- Got a 5 gallon batch of Pocono tomato wine off the sediment/sludge and into the first primary and a 5 gallon batch of plum wine just started in the bucket-gonna rack off sediment into a glass primary at 1.030-1.040,this batch should kick butt-started at 1.111-she's under a pretty good roll at this time-can't wait till next year--YUMM,YUMM !!

Gonna get a 10 gallon batch of watermelon goin before it's too late-that batch is gonna take a year an a half to be ready......

Just a short update on what's been up. Shane

Yooperchick-still out there ?? Last year bout this time I wrote about the heavy tannin flavor in the plum batch-gave away most of it--turns out the stuff is now nearly the best I've ever made-real smooth now(only a bottle left).
