I need a new and larger kettles. We had an economy stainless steel kettle that is starting to burn inside when we do batches. We have managed to keep it's effects negligible, but I would like to stop worrying about it. I am looking for comparisons between MegaPot, Boilermaker and Polarware kettles. Anyone have suggestions on which is the best in general and which is the best value? Thanks!

I like Keggles but I'm biased. I have not used any of those other pots so I won't even attempt to comment on them besides saying the thicker the better, and an aluminum bottom clad in stainless would help heat transfer.

I love my MegaPot. I don't think it's much different from the Polarware stuff except for the cheaper pricetag. The Boilermaker is the Cadillac of brew kettles, but I just can't justify paying that much. A keggle usually can be had for far cheaper than any of these, but the concave bottom can pose a few problems.
