Wouldn't the Nuts to Better if they were processed through a Grain Mill ?

I don't have my own mill and I didn't figure it would be kosher to walk into the LHBS and say "hey, can I grind my nuts here?"

Follow up: I've been drinking this for a while and it keeps getting better. Very rough around the edges to start but the last few bottles have been very smooth and harmonious.
More information as to "rough" thinking of Hazel's Milk Stout so any clarification would help thanks

All the flavors were presented but it was as though they were fighting each other for dominance. Now it feels like they are interacting and behaving.
