Floating yeast strains in bottled beer

Hi all! This is my first post on these forums. I bottled my third batch two weeks ago and left it to condition at room temprature. What I see now is yeast strains floating in the bottles. Just wondering if this is normal or if it requires some kind of action on my side or whatever. All help is appreciated. The style is a coffee porter if this info is of any use. Thanks!

Why is there so much head space in those bottles? It seems to look like lacto also.
