10 Gallon Question

I have a question for you 10G brewers. I'd like to hear from as many of you as possible regarding brew kettle size. Who uses 60Qt vs 80Qt for your brew kettle.

I use a keggle.

I've brewed with both. 10 gallon batches are a snap with both, but now I have a 20 gallon Blichmann, I brew 15 gallon batches. I sparge 18 gallons of wort, and then add a few drops of Five Star Defoamer and I have never had a boilover. This stuff is great.

I can get a rolling boil going and walk away to do something else, answer the phone, whatever and not have a boilover.

My 60 qt. kettle was a keggle. Either way, you will be fine.

Another vote for the keggle. Works great.

Keggle here. seems the cheapest option to start
