I made a 1.5L starter of WLP550 for a Belgian Tripel. A day later I opened the closet to find the starter 'blew up' and I cleaned up lots of liquid/yeast.
I went ahead and brewed the beer - (1.063 now and will add 2.5# of table sugar later) - and pitched teh starter..
Needless to say I'm off to a pretty slow fermenation, however the airlock is bubbling every 20-30 sec or so..
Would it be best to pitch another vial of WLP550? Or just let this this ride out?
