I brew on a stovetop in an 1100 square foot 2 bedroom apartment, all grain full boil 5 gallon batches. Luckily, my loving SWMBO allows me an entire bedroom for equipment and TWO chest freezers! One I use strictly for fermentation and the other for conditioning, cold crashing, carbing, and serving. I was doing the ol gravity system but finally pulled the trigger on two march pumps, camlocks, and all stainless fittings/valves! Beer pic is an APA I just tapped, last pic is my grooms cake.
