When I had a $5 iTunes gift card, I had to buy the tracks, burn them onto a CD (as regular music files), then rip them with Media Player to get MP3 files. There's got to be an easier way, but you can do that at the very least. Unless it's been added as a feature (I doubt it), you can't save the files directly as MP3s from iTunes.
