I am considering the move from LPG to NG and would like an off the shelf GN burner with stand.

Do they exist, and if so, what are my options?

My patio is already stubbed for NG, just need to put a valve on it.

The propane guys say propane, of course. But I'm sure you can make either work. How do pro breweries heat their steam?

"1 cubic foot of propane contains 2,516 BTU and 1 cubic foot of natural gas contains 1,030 BTU, it is accurate to say that propane contains over twice the usable energy content per cubic foot (2.44 times more)."

The Blichmann burner is a repackaged hurricane burner right? Any reason why the NG valve from Williams Brewing wouldn't work for this?

You can use an off the shelf Hurricane and drill out the orifice until it burns well on nat gas. It's actually a better way to go than the conversion kit because it assumes you have a very specific gas pressure.
