The posted profile is intended to show how safe your water is, not how suitable it is for a particular purpose such as brewing. If you look around, you may be able to find another report that reports the concentrations of Ca, Mg, Na, SO4, Cl, and HC03, as well as the pH. This is what you are mainly interested in for brewing. These are not considered toxic (in normal amounts) so they won't show up in a safety related water report.
If you can't find this data on line, you could try contacting the water company, and requesting the information. Say that you want it for home brewing where the concentrations of the listed ions and the pH affect the outcome of the brew, and may need to adjust the water profile for different types of beer, and you should get a more useful profile.
