Ive brewed cider before, but never wine so im looking for a beginners guide. Also, is there a good recipie for plum wine? I have literally over 100 kilo of plums from a mass of plum trees at teh end of my garden, and im looking to brew whatever i can from them, aslong as it is nice!

Any suggestions?
