So Saturday night, after a long day of teaching High School Marching Band, I decided to make a Kick as dinner. I seasoned 3 filet mignons with garlic, salt, cracked pepper, and olive oil. Cooked them till medium rare on the grill. Also grilled some asparagus, seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper. I finished that off with a little lemon juice. I also made some mashed potatoes with roasted pablano peppers, and monteray jack cheese. I paired that with St. Bernardus 6. I do have to say that it was quite possibly the best meal that I have ever made.
