I just got a stick on therm for my BB and in day 2 it seems to be peeling/water in it(until 66*F which is where i need it)from evaporation im guessing.No splashing happened,anyone have any ideas to stop this in the future?I was thinking clear tape dont know if that will affect the reading.

the tape adhesive will break down shortly and it'll come off too. Mine have been solidly stuck on for years with nary a hint of peel. What are you sticking it to?
 
Was the BB clean and dry when you attached it? I couldn't peel one of those things off with out destroying the bottle.
 
Yeah there might have been wort from my filter that filled with hops and had to squeeze out of the opening.ehh 3 dolars not to bad i guess
