I know that dude.....BTW thats not a doob...I roll my own smokes...Its american spirit....one more step to becoming more self sufficient....kinda like my new brewing hobby......anything to cut out the middle man.

Yeah, I know, I was just pulling your chain. I rolled my own for about 20 years. Both kinds. I can recognize the difference between the two enough that one gets me excited and the other, .... meh.

I wouldn't be surprised lol, he actually started homebrewing a year before me. His beers were pretty good, I need to get in touch with him and see if he's still brewing.

Me and SWMBO before a slammin' Rocky Horror Picture Show party in a Chalet on top of a mountain overlooking Gatlinburg. I managed to fall off the side of the driveway that night while going to the car for a spare pack of cigarettes..... luckily I only fell five feet and tumbled about another 40 feet. Lots of dirt and blood but nothing broken. Our friends insisted on escorting me any time I went outside for the rest of the weekend

Now, me at my best dude's wedding in October 07 - SWMBO and I are in the middle, Justin (the groom) is on the left, and his brother Jeff (groom back in May 07, was also in his wedding) is on the right. (If I look drunk, it's cuz we each had three beers and a shot of Wild Turkey in the first 45 minutes of his reception.)


Me on vacation in Wisconsin - save the beer and the smokes, at all cost! (I was captaining our pontoon boat, which is about 10ft over.)

Cool axe. I have a Miraphone 186 and a Conn 15J. I also play the pipes. The two instruments that take the most air and beer to play....Tuba and Bagpipes.

YES! It was a great afternoon. The pontoon had a tiny gas grill on the back, so we grilled burgers, drank copious amounts of liquor, and floated to our hearts' content.

Had a water patrol boat stop by mid-afternoon..... not to check on us or our drinking habits..... but to ask us how close we thought the jet-ski had just clipped by us (regulation states they have to leave 50 feet, I think? He was about 15 feet, and going full-throttle)..... then he went after the jet-ski, and apologized to us for the intrusion!

A cop! Apologized to us! Clearly, my vacation was somewhere between Narnia and Oz.

Seriously, tho, the whole boating attitude in Wisconsin is WAY different then the attitude in Lake of the Ozarks.... down there, they'll SHOOT ya if you drink and boat. (Or something as bad as being shot, I'm sure)
