You have to get the right link out of flickr then wrap it in IMG tags
[IMG ]http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4148/5073080080_84bd06cd74_z.jpg[/IMG ]
the spaces I added inside the IMG tags keep the forum software from rendering it but when you do it for real without the extra spaces it should show up.
As far as getting the link out of flickr it should be easier for you (I assume). I'm not a flickr user myself, I use picassa, but I assume like picassa when your logged in it gives you the links for sharing your photos. It might try to pre-format them for use in blogging software etc so you might have to clean it up a bit but one you get down to the "http" link ending in ".jpg" just post it here with the forums IMG tags.
