Hey guys, my first summer brewing and, as it is my favorite season to enjoy beer (winter is 2nd), I was looking for some good recipes. I'm brewing the Vanilla Weizen from homebrewheaven soon but looking for some other good suggestions. Just wanted to know of some summer recipes everyone has had a great experience with. I'm a partial boil extract brewer if that makes any difference. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated as I will probably bookmark the thread and brew them all! :cross:

Hear hear!
Here's my next Hefeweizen: (This time i'm using the right yeast)

3.5 lbs John Bull Wheat Extract
3.3 Briess Bavarian Wheat Extract
1.5 oz Hallertau Hersbruck @ 60
Wyeast Bavarian Wheat yeast

i know its simple but it is the closest to a weissbier in an extract/partial mash version. Unless you want an american honey wheat beer... let me know, i brewed one of those.

Yeah man, might as well throw the honey wheat up on the board! Howd i come out anyway??

Saison!

The Saison Dupont clone in Clone Brews is great.

(Can't post right now 'cause the book's at home.)
