Hi,
I've been wanting to get into homebrewing for a while, and following this forum. I've been reluctant because I live in an apartment. Finally, my wife and I decided to take the plunge, bought everything we need to brew a manageable half a batch (2.5 gallons) yesterday, and started on our first beer!
As I write this post, the wort is boiling in the pot (20 minutes past the hot break). Once this is all over and done with we should have (delicious?) Belgian Pale Ale (Zainasheff's Antwerp Afternoon).
Wish us luck!
Cheers,
Chuck
