Hello everyone,
I tried a coworkers home brew and was hooked. I bought a kit and got to work. Tomorrow I am bottling my second batch a winter ale. For now I'm sticking with extract until I feel comfortable with the process. My next step is building a kegerator this spring so I'll be doing a lot of reading and asking questions. So I should probably say thanks in advance.
