I've been doing this wine thing from the time I was 13 years old. It was taught to me by my Grandmother. I've come a long way since then. She allowed me 1 lb sugar per gallon. That was 40 plus years ago. The one thing she did'nt teach me was how to spell. Thanks for having me.

Welcome Mary! Whereabouts in Florida are you? I've got people in St. Augustine. By the way, wine is good too. I've been vinting much longer than brewing.
