So I popped a bottle of my second brew, an Oktoberfest, after the Rams game last nite, and it was GREAT! A little undercarbed for my taste, but overall a success. It almost made me forget about how bad my favorite team is playing. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone telling me not to worry and that my beer isn't infected.

This HB is for you. :mug:
 
You may have to drink a few more than 1 to makeup for the Rams.

Glad it turned out well, just wait a few more weeks and it will be even better!!!
