Hey all from Indiana! I'm really liking this site, found alot of usefull information so far. I'm still a little new, but I'm catching on quick (also a little broke at the moment - see my cider test batch thread).
Not counting my cider test, I'm on my second brew. First batch was a John Bull Irish Stout kit, which is gone save for a single bottle I'm saving for my brother when he comes to visit from Maine in a couple weeks. It didn't turn out too bad, except a small sanitation issue with the bottles (had a few go sour... RTFM!!).
Second batch, a Coopers Real Ale kit is currently in secondary, should be ready to bottle this Sunday at three weeks.
Should be starting a full batch of apfelwien soon for my grandparents 60th anniversary in June. I'm really enjoying this. Just wish I had money for more equipment and supplies right now. Supply is definitely NOT keeping up with demand!!
Hasta luego for now!
