I have begun to ferment my first batch and my temp si running about 66 degrees. The directions call for 68 to 72 degrees. Is this going to be a problem or will it just take longer to ferment?

+1 just make sure to let it ferment for at least 3 weeks before bottling. Directions suck with that as well. :)

It is the temp of the thermometer on the outside of the bucket. i would think the temp inside would be a couple degrees higher.
