Hello All,
My first batch has been in the fermentor for a week now. I see nomore bubbles. I did not do a reading when i started it. But did one just now. It says 1.013, the recipe says the final gravity should be 1.012-1.015, since it is in that range, is it safe to bottle now? It is a German Oktoberfest. Thanks for all of your help.
