I'm making a 10 gallon batch of Orange coriander pale ale tomorrow. I forgot to buy bitter orange peel. Any suggestions on substitutes that I should be able to buy in town (I don't have a Homebrew store around). The zest of a regular orange? The recipe calls for 4.00 oz of bitter orange peel so should I use the same amount of the substitute? Thanks for the help!
