My father-in-law recently acquired a KitchenAid Grain Mill Cast Aluminum by appearance. Thinking this might make things easier on brew day. I did a test batch of grain

This is Briess 6 Row Caramel 20L on the highest setting of size.
It looks ok to me but just looking for some feedback

Many people here don't like that mill but I have used it for the past couple years, albeit slightly modified. I cut the grating off the discharge on the bottom of the mill with a Dremel as I had trouble with clogging.

I use the 2nd-most coarse setting, which I find does the best. Coarsest setting - low efficiency. 3rd-most coarse setting - too much flour leading to potentially stuck sparges. I get 80-82% efficiency consistently on the 2nd-coarsest setting and have yet to have a stuck sparge.
