Hello all,
Building a kegerator/ferm chamber soon and i wanted to get squared away with a heating element that will maintain 72 degrees with a temperature controller.
I'm in an apartment and keeping it cool isn't much of an issue, i just find that keeping 72 degrees is tough just using my AC, the temp on my carboy tends to just hover around 68 at best.
It will never get colder than about 65 in my apartment so i'm not fighting freezing temperatures or anything with the heating element i will be using inside the kegerator. I was considering just hooking up this reptile heating pad and just taping it into the ferm chamber to keep it at a clean 72
do you think this will do the trick? or do you have a better idea of how i could maintain temp?
Thanks!
