English Mild w/ munich LME

hello all, LHBS started stocking briess munich LME. so i'm gonna try and make an English mild, recipe as follows:

3.3 LBS. munich LME
1 lb light DME
8 OZ. crystal 60L
6 OZ. chocolate malt
Whitelabs English Ale yeast

not too sure on hops yet, i have fuggles and willamete. i know fuggles is more typical in english ales but i dont have much of it, so i might sub with the willamete. any suggestions?
 
Here is the one I did and I would of added less hops for the IBU, its not sweet as I wish it was.

(It's the mild mannered in the recipe section)

Add or substitute for what you can get.

5 lbs 7.0 oz Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain
1 lbs 5.8 oz Crystal Malt - 60L (Thomas Fawcett) (60.0 SRM) Grain
4.4 oz Chocolate Malt (Thomas Fawcett) (508.0 SRM) Grain
Mash Ingredients
Step: Add 8.85 qt of water at 178.3 F
60 min - Hold mash at 158.0 F for 60 min

-- Drain Mash Tun
-- Batch Sparge Round 1: Sparge with 3.11 gal of 170.6 F water.
-- Batch Sparge Round 2: Sparge with 3.11 gal of 170.6 F water.
-- Add water to achieve boil volume of 6.80 gal
-- Estimated Pre-boil Gravity is: 1.025 SG with all grains/extracts added

Boil for 60 min Start to Boil.
15 min into boil Add 0.87 oz Fuggles [4.50%] (45 min)
45 min into boil Add 0.87 oz Fuggles [4.50%] (15 min)

If I did it again I would toast a lb of the Maris Otter. Let me see if I can find the extract in his thread.

0.87 oz Fuggles [4.50%] (15 min) Hops 8.2 IBU
1 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) Yeast-Ale

A classic northern dark mild like my Granddad used to drink.

All from Orfy.
 
I have half an ounce of fuggles and a whole ounce of willamete. i want to use the munich LME to avoid having to do a partial mash.
 
Willamette is a direct substitute for Fuggles, for aroma and flavor. Bittering, you'll have to adjust for AA.
