I'm a relatively new home brewer, and I misread the instructions on the gelatin. I finished up everything and got the beer into the fermenter. The airlock is bubbling away so I don't think there is a problem with the yeast. What is going to happen with my beer because of this mistake?

The gelatin has been dentatured so it's worthless but no harm done. You don't really need to use it anyway.

You can add irish moss or whirlfloc tabs (same thing but tab form) in your last 5-15 min of the boil to help settle down the break. It's not a necessity either.
