Today I did the transfer from the secondary to bottles. I tasted the beer and there is a strong alcohol taste. By the way my starting gravity was around 1.06 and the final was 1.016.

Do you think that the taste will dissapear trough the bottling phase?

Thank you

most likely yes it will.. was honey or some form of cane sugar used? Honey has a tendency to really roll on the alcohol taste until the beer has had a chance to age for a while.

I experienced the same thing with my porter. I left it in primary for 11 days, and secondary for 12. When I bottled, it had an obvious alcohol taste. Two weeks later the alcohol was still apparant. It's two months later and the brew has mellowed significantly.
