Quick question, my friend owns an art gallery in NYC and as a promotion for her new exhibition, she wants to have a beer tasting at the exhibition. I offered to talk about the beer but is there some legal issues with her buying beer and giving it out to people that are looking at her art? I know she wants to promote this so I am concerned. What permits should she get?
