I would ask the poster some questions.....
1) See if you can get a picture of the gas regulator (if it truly is a regulator, those are like $70 bucks)
2) What type of taps are they? See if you can get a close up (if they are perlicks, they are very valuable (~ $45 each x 3) (if they are normal taps, they can be $20-$30 each)
....so yes, this looks like a good deal, if it is really a suitable regulator....

I'd spend it. Looks like Perlick faucets. Easily worth $30 each new for the older models.
